Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data — your name, email address, and business details (name, review links) when you sign up with Google.
• Customer contact data — email addresses and names your business uploads to send review requests, plus consent records (source and timestamp) and unsubscribe status.
• Usage data — whether a review-request link was clicked, and suggestions, votes, and comments left on public boards.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

How we use it

To send review-request emails on behalf of your business, track delivery and clicks, run the suggestion board, manage your subscription, and operate and improve the service. We do not sell personal data or use customer contact lists for anything other than the emails you send.

Third-party services

• Google Firebase — authentication and database hosting.
• Resend — email delivery.
• Stripe — payment processing.

Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

Email compliance

Every email we send includes the sending business's identity and a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing immediately stops future emails to that address from that business. We keep consent and opt-out records to honor these requests.

Retention & deletion

We keep data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data — including uploaded customer contacts — by emailing us; we will delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or billing reasons.
